A video created by The National Apprenticeship Service (NAS). Glen Wilton, managing director of his painting and decorating business, was himself an apprentice in 1976. Since when he has given the same opportunity to more than 40 young people wanting to start a career. He teaches them to work to his own high standards and to develop a strong work ethic. Glen says the enthusiasm and motivation he gets in return are a huge benefit to the business which brings rewards.
