GCSE Dance Choreographic Notebook

This 21 page notebook is a resource to help guide students through the process of creating their choreography. The notebook includes the following:

• Space for research into each stimuli
• A/S/D/R mind-maps for students to complete for their chosen stimuli
• A page to organise a rehearsal schedule and to sign agreeing to maintain their agreed schedule
• Pages for students to describe and explain their three main motifs
• A page to draw out their chosen costume and props
• A page for students to draw out the floorplan and pathways of their choreography
• A page to check which choreographic devices they have used
• A page for teacher feedback and for students own self-evaluation and target setting.
• A page that outlines what should be in their programme note.
