Geography of Elections

In this six-minute video on the Geographical Association website, aimed at A level and university students, Professor Danny Dorling looks at the geography of elections both in the UK and in Europe. Danny demonstrates that voting in the UK is heavily influenced by locality and demographics, and how the UK’s place in Europe is somewhat determined by the position of the country’s political parties.
