Geometric Forms Shading Tutorial Video

This video demonstrates how to draw simple geometric forms and how use tonal identification to produce highly technical drawings. The inbuilt slides and visual commentary provide information on how to break the drawing down into easy to understand sections. Construction outlines, weight of line, movement of mark, reflected light sources and how to identify tonal plains are presented in easy to understand format. Watch the video from the beginning to the end and pause in between to support your students.
