Use with year 10 or year 11 learners, intermediate CEFR level A2 or B1 students to revise key vocabulary related to the ‘my house, home and area’ topics. Created with AQA syllabus in mind, but perfect for other exam boards covering the same topic too!
There are 6 useful activities which recap the vocabulary using six different methods, allowing students to have ‘fun’ whilst revising useful words and phrases. The technique of manipulating the key vocabulary in different ways hopefully helps to make it ‘make it stick’ more effectively.

- Fill in the gaps to complete the word for spelling practice
- Match the two halves of the phrase together
- Find the synonym or similar phrase
- English to German translation and categorise
- Use the vocabulary to create your own sentences
