I've taken the Assessment Focus columns for writing and created an extra column alongside each one for comments. I've not used it yet, but looking for a monitoring/recording tool to replace individual APPs. Feedback welcome!

I am a GTP and can't believe that many teachers try to use the existing sheets rather than creating one that allows room to write dates per criteria. You have saved me lots of time trying to create this from scratch and I shall see if my colleagues fancy adopting it first thing on Monday morning! Do you also have maths version in a word format?!
Really good. Thank you. I've put the children's initials in the empty box and put a tick by their initial each time they meet the critria. After 3 ticks I highlight their initial so I can see where they are secure and what their next steps are. It is so much easier than individual APPs. I think this will save me so much time going forward.
