A worksheet with geometrical views of fractions. Can pupils say whether the given fraction is more than, less than or equal to one half? Can the justify why, preferably without finding the actual fraction shaded? (Then, for fun, they can actually find the fraction shaded!)

Thanks for uploading to TES! A simple but quality resource. This looks like it will be fiendishly difficult if you're used to the sort of UKMT or other geometrical shading questions but the isometric background, once appreciated, makes this really accessible. Sure there will be many interesting debates around the class as this task takes place.
