Holidays Around the World Reading Comprehension Passages

This product contains 15 reading passages that talk about different holidays around the world, such as Hanukkah, Diwali, St. Lucia Day, Kwanzaa, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, and more. Each passage is followed by four questions that test the students’ understanding of the main idea, details, inference, and vocabulary. The questions are in multiple-choice format and have the correct answers provided separated at the End of the passages.

This product is perfect for grades 3-5 and can be used for independent reading, guided reading, homework, or assessment. You can also use this product to introduce your students to different cultures and traditions and spark their curiosity and interest.
