A creative homework choice board to encourage students to try new things/learn skills after school. It has a range of activity options from gardening to fixing something that is broken.
Students need to complete at least 1 task per week but can do more - they get a special prize at end of term if they complete the whole board. Parents must sign that they see student complete the task.
I use this as my homeroom class’ Wednesday afternoon homework. Monday and Tuesday is Grammar and Arithmetic so it’s nice to do something a bit more creative in the middle of the week!
