Hopes and dreams balloons templates. These could be used as a transition activity, a continuous provision challenge or a writing activity.
There is also a Hopes and Dreams display title if you wanted to use this resource for a display. I have uploaded the resources in Word Document and PDF form. The font used in the PDF version is ‘Autumn in November’ - this is a free font that can be found on lots of font websites, just type it into google!
