This is simply an excellent guide on how to motivate our students.<br /> I differ only on step 1 where author has said to reward cash money to the disturbing students in order to get them focus on the studies.<br /> I would rather suggest different type of rewards like appreciation, chocolates, very small small but attractive stationary gift items etc.
