Huge Bank of Assessment for Learning Activities

This resource is a powerpoint which contains a comprehensive, extremely useful bank of examples of 70 different assessment for learning (AfL) activities which can be used with secondary school pupils in any subject. They would also work well for use in form time.

The activities encompass starters, main body activities, collaborative learning, homework tasks and plenaries and are designed to engage pupils, boost communication skills and encourage cross-curricular links. Each activity is presented with an explanation of how to use it as well as pedagogical tips on how best to integrate it within a lesson. A set of useful websites and links is also provided.
