Identify The Correct French Word Activities

Look no further than this product to test students’ knowledge and recall of several important and tricky commonly used French words including prepositions, conjunctions, adverbs, adjectives, time expressions and everyday vocabulary.

There are 3 sections in total, comprising 50 exercises each.

Section A requires the student to underline, out of 4 French words, the correct preposition, adverb, time expression or conjunction.

Section B requires the student to underline, out of 3 French adjectives, the correct one.

As students navigate the questions on each page in Section A and B, they will notice that many of the words are repeated, the aim of which is to test their short-term recall, if they are learning a word for the first time, and their long-term recall.

Section C requires the student to underline a word out of 3 that does not match. It tests students’ knowledge of everyday vocabulary topics ranging from animals, colours, countries, fruits and vegetables to family, public buildings, French regions and Food and Drink, etc.
