This resource is great for emerging readers and writers learning initial sounds. The bright pictures and big, bold font helps students to easily match the beginning sound with the correct letter. These puzzles would be great for any literacy center.

There are two kinds of puzzles in this resource: 4 piece puzzles and 2 piece puzzles. The four piece puzzles have 2 puzzles on each page. The two piece puzzles have 3 puzzles on each page.
