Integration Using Logarithms - 20 Questions With Answers

This is a useful set of questions that every ‘A’ level student should be aware of. Although they can all be integrated by substitution, every student should be aware that f’(x)/f(x) integrates to give ln(fx) - and I always taught this as a sideline to the method of substitution - this crops up on exam papers every year without fail and students should be able to recognise it immediately.

I have written 20 questions to practice this and all have answers - of the form that I would expect my students to give.
