KS1- EYFS, Year 1 and 2 Art Unit Plans with Knowledge Organisers

**Art Unit plans for progression of key skills and knowledge through KS1. **

Each plan includes links to prior learning, core content, key vocabulary and assessment opportunities as well as preparation for future learning.

EYFS and Year 1 plans are split into 3 areas - ‘Using colour, painting and printing’, ‘Form, structure and texture’ and ‘Mark making and drawing’ .

Year 2 plans are ‘Drawing’, ‘Form, structure and texture’, ‘Painting and printing’, ‘Textiles’ and ‘Using Clay’.

Also included are knowledge organisers to be used alongside the Year 2 plans which include information/instructions for activity ideas as well as pictures that can be used for inspiration for each of the 5 areas of learning.
