Listening, speaking, reading and writing activities with a phonic focus based on the topic area of giving names. The 14 activities range from word to sentence level and can be used together or in isolation. A sequence of use is suggested if teachers want to use a number of tasks. Extension possibilities are included where appropriate and the activities work equally well with language from other contexts. Suitable for KS2 or lower KS3.
