A powerpoint that introduces students about how to use microscopes and the different parts (with a printable diagram for labels). It also talks about the history of the microscope and how to caluclate magnification. There is also a little bit at the end about some different types of microscopes. There is also a time for the students to observe prepared slides as well if time permits.
