A sequence of lessons on Expanding Triple brackets designed for a high ability KS4 group.
Prior knowledge of Expanding Double Brackets is required but is covered quickly as part of the starter.
The structure of expanding triple brackets is clearly shown and the idea of using Pascals Triangle is introduced (this is not in the GCSE spec but is useful for a top set).
Lots of questions are given on the board so pupils work independently and share ideas with class during a group discussion.
