Letters and Sounds Assessment/ Tracking DocumentPhases 1 - 6

This is a Letters and Sounds assessment to be used for each pupil. At my school we start this assessment in Reception and we assess the children one a term. The assessment is then past up to Year 1 and Year 2. This assessment clearly tracks the children's progress assessing their knowledge of the sounds, high frequency words, blending and segmenting relevant for each phase.
