Literacy cue cards 196 adjectives and 130 verbs

This pack includes 196 cards with adjectives, e.g. 28 different ways of saying ‘great’ without repeating yourself… your students will soon start to assimilate these words which will come to them as they speak and write. There are also 130 cards with verbs, e.g. 20 ways to express ‘to like’, depending on the context.

Everything is nice or boring, everybody likes or says…
If you get frustrated each time your students use the same words over and over again, then this pack is just what you need to help your students to diversify their vocabulary.

See the ‘Suggestions for use and differentiation’ document for tips on how to use this resource. You could also simply print and cut the cards to use as a wall display. Alternatively punch one corner and hang the cards together e.g. with a keyring, to give your students something to work with in class.
