Literacy mat for Design & Technology

This literacy mat is aimed at all key stages to support extended writing and key written task in D&T such as annotation, analysis and evaluation. The mat also has common connectives, homophones, punctuation and non negotiable words which help to guide students in avoiding common mistakes in their written work. It is currently used to support students as a resource to be laminated and left on the table for their reference. The mat is double sided and in Microsoft Word format to enable you to edit colours and add your own non negotiable words (key words every student should spell correctly).
