Crossword of literary devices used in GCSE English. Ideal as a refresher for students soon to undertake coursework or as part of literary analysis revision for the poetry, Shakespeare and novels sections of the course.
Suitable as a starter activity for high or middle ability groups and can also be used for KS3 as part of an introduction to literary devices. Provides extension opportunities such as asking students write example sentences using these techniques.
