A full unit of study with following Shakespeare’s play Macbeth
Suitable for High Attaining KS3 or lower ability KS4 this unit of work is designed for a 9-week study and focuses on reading and inference skills. Exploring caracter, theme, context and writers intention.
Each lesson has a PowerPoint presentation (to last for an hour lesson) and corresponding worksheets in editable Word format used to scaffold.
Created for students who have 3 English lessons a week - 2 on literature and 1 on creative writing linked to the text.
Every lesson has a starter and plenary activity. Each task within the lessons have stretch and challenge activities. There are assessment tasks embedded into the lessons.
