A KS2 lesson focussing on 3d shapes in the context of Ancient Egypt. Children create 'Wanted&' posters for shapes, detailing their properties. The lesson starts with an oral-mental starter on the PowerPoint. Then, an &';email' appears on the screen with a letter. I used the context of the class visiting a nearby museum, stating that jewels had gone missing from artefacts. There are also Egyptian labels that you may want to customise. And a postmark, which I use a lot in mantle lessons, stuck on envelopes.

Powerpoint slide for pyramid says "I've only showed you three", rather than 'shown'. Rest is good.
Very detailed lesson plan and great powerpoint. Thanks for sharing.
