A detailed lesson that teaches students about why people migrate from Mexico to USA. I used this lesson for an observation with a high ability year 8 class (the lesson was given an outstanding). All of the resources are very detailed, they include peer assessment, differentiation, frequent stretch and challenge, a significant emphasis on independent learning and a clear demonstration of progress through mini plenaries.
