In this 11 lesson scheme of work, students will develop the ability to work independently and in pairs to interpret text in the style of naturalism.
This scheme of work wells well as a follow on from the Stanislavski and Katie Mitchell scheme of work.
They will:
1)Select monologue and duologue material (this could be chosen by them, or something your select for them based on the interests and ability of your students).
2)Explore given circumstances, improvisation, subtext and status, and apply to text.
3)Rehearse and perform a monologue and duologue.
