Multiples of 10, 100 and 1000 for Rounding

This resource focuses on children identifying different multiples of 10, 100 and 1000. It has been a very effective resource in the Years 4, 5 and 6 classrooms in children being able to round to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000.

The worksheet follows on from the smart notebook and ensures children are confident at identifying multiples and which multiples their number sits between.

It also has a fluency sheet and sentence stems to use for the lesson. Even up to year 6 this is very effective when teaching rounding.
