When teaching number sense, students need a good grounding to understand what a number is and what each number represents. These posters combine a natural and nature element with counting and number sense. Using real-life pebbles from the beach, these posters/displays show your students how a number can be represented in many different ways. As kids learn number sense they learn to not only count numbers on a dice/domino, but they learn to visualise a number, to recognise dots on a domino/ten frame or use tally marks etc.
