This a great resource that can be used for across various year groups for both in school and home learning.
These tasks will help improve fundamental skills that can be transferred across all sporting activities.
The tasks are based on the 5 Olympic Rings with each ring focusing on a certain discipline. There are 12 tasks in each ring, 60 tasks in total. The tasks get progressively harder as they are completed. Each tasks states how many times it needs to be completed before that task is achieved and the pupil can move on to the next.
The rings are as followed;
Red Ring - Jumping & Landing
Blue Ring - Agility, Reaction and Response
Yellow Ring - Dynamic & Static Balance
Green Ring - Coordination & Footwork
Black Ring - Jewel (combination of all skills)
