One and Two Point Perspective (Impressionist Landscapes)

This resource introduces students to one and two point perspective landscapes and their components. It explores differing understandings of perspective throughout art history and guides students through producing their own one-point perspective drawings. This then guides students to reproduce a Monet landscape that shows one-point perspective. The second lesson covers two-point perspective and guides students on how to draw guidelines to help them sketch a two-point perspective building correctly. This resource also includes worksheets, templates and image references needed for the complete lesson.
