This is a flowchart with all the reactions, conditions, and reagants needed for A-Level organic chemistry. It contains all the functional groups studied and both aromatic and aliphatic compounds. Stated on the diagram are all the reactions which require the student to know the mechanism for. Mechanisms are not included, nor are polymerisation reactions for diols and diamines or amino acids. Other spec points not included are combustion or nomenclature.
This is based on the Edexcel specification so potential AQA or OCR points might not be mentioned but from what I gather, they’re almost identical. If there are any errors, please notify me.

An excellent summary but be aware you need to shrink to fit the page if printing on A4 and then in order to use it effectively, you need to have it increased by at least 100%
