The themed box is part of a Packaging unit in Year 7 with a focus on Valentines Day but could be used for any themed project. This project could also easily be done with KS2 as well, as it would be perfect for practicing cutting, folding and gluing skills. In this unit students need to cut, shape and assemble card with a high level of precision. They are also to research, and fold, their own origami shapes to show how independently they can work.
