Population - set of 11 lessons

A full set of 11 lessons covering the topic of Population:

L1: Intro to Population
L2: World Population Growth
L3: Components of Population Change - factors affecting the birth rate and death rate
L4: Where Do People Live & Why? - population density and distribution
L5/6: Population Pyramids
L7: Mid-Unit Test - including revision activity
L8/9: Pro-Natal Policies - France and Singapore
L10: Pro-Natal Policies - Kerala
L11: China's One Child Policy

A variety of activities have been included within these lessons to maximise engagement and cater for differing learning styles. Examples of activities include - sketch notes, role cards, emojis. I have also included a Mid Unit test that is ready to use, or a good starting point for you to create your own! Challenge activities (in pink bubbles) have also been included in each lesson.

Used with a GCSE Year 10 class, but can easily be adapted to fit other ages and abilities.
Some parts, i.e. information, have been taken from other resources, but most activities are my own.
