Power and Protest: Milton's Influence

This is the third lesson in a scheme of work that focuses on protest writing, with a specific focus on the Romantic movement. This lesson focuses on the Milton and his impact - specifically the controversy of Paradise Lost. The students will Miltonic excerpts as well as quotation from other poets who Milton influenced in preparation for responding to an unseen Romantic poem next lesson.
