Precious metals - Compounds and mixtures

This is a full lesson on precious metals and focuses on jewellery with an emphasis on mixtures elements and compounds. There are equations, pictures and a fun design activity at the end which includes group work. The starter tests prior knowledge. Differentiation can be taken advantage of in the group tasks.

Year 8 lesson but can be used for year 9's also.
