If you’re unsure about the quality of education in your setting, a good starting point is a curriculum and Quality of Education Audit, followed up with a Quality of Education action plan. This Quality of Education Audit resource is broken down into sections, including intent, implementation and impact, so that you can assess the quality of the provision your setting provides. This resource is useful for a senior leaders, including headteachers, deputy heads, assistant heads and curriculum leaders. This may also be a good tool to use with a link governor or the wider governing body. This audit covers all aspects of the quality of education as outlined in the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
