• 10 easy to follow sections that gathers evidence for their:** strengths and weakeness, types of skill, types of practices, how to create a practice, setting SMART targets, keeping a training log and ways to measure their improvement**.
• I use this with students as part of their evidence logs.
• I have struggled to find any quality resource(s) that my students could fill in as I taught the LO4 section of this unit.
• This word document is broken up into 10 easily teachable sections, during which students can type or write up their answers.
• I have also produced a staff copy (included) showing how I would answer each section, so the students get an idea of the depth of answers required (as some of my students would only write one word answers!)
• This is not a teaching powerpoint, this is a booklet I am using as additional eveidence to support my teacher witness statements. I teach a section each week, and the student completes the booklet during and after each session. They save it as they go along to create a record of their learning. I hope it helps.
