Reading formative assessment tracker

A formative assessment tool to track student progress across a range of performance descriptors. Includes reading for year 6 according to East Sussex guidelines, although they can be easily changed and added by inserting rows in the table. Simply enter the relevant letter from the key (which can be changed to suit your needs) or select from the dropdown box in each cell, the cell will then change colour accordingly. A comment can be added to any cell, which will display when a mouse is hovered over. This allows you to re-assess children against a performance descriptor in a manageable way. There is an expandable row to add additional information to the performance descriptor and comments can be cleared easily by selecting the cell and pressing "clear comment" or amending them using "Add/edit comment".
