Recount planning frame for school trip (UKS2 MA)

This planning frame can be used to support writing a recount of a school trip. It is aimed at middle ability upper Key Stage 2. It sections the recount into three paragraphs (this could be edited for more or less) and has boxes to plan possible sentence openers such as fronted adverbials, sentence tricks (in the style of Alan Peat to ensure complex sentences- although this could be edited to focus on other types of complex sentences), vocabulary and punctuation.
