Students will be able to recognize the importance of saving the earth by constructing a pet penguin puppet to celebrate Penguin Awareness Day- January 20th, with recycled materials such as a water bottle and newspaper in order to preserve the earth for all living things. A learning objective, subject summary and application in real life, materials needed for each student and the step by step directions needed to create this lesson are all detailed in each of my lesson plans.
