Welcome to my TES Resources Shop. Most of the resources you will find are for A-Level and GCSE Chemistry, in particular the more difficult topics and areas which can be more difficult to keep engaging. You'll also find some of my more exciting resources for the other Sciences at KS3 level. You will also find some of my professional development and leadership resources. Set of resources, including lesson plan, for a lesson on building redox equations for a Year 12 A-Level Chemistry class or equivalent. The lesson is fully differentiated, both up and down. The progression goes from learning a new skill, applyng it and then trying to teach it to others. This was made for a recent school inspection and should be outstanding, as taught.
The lesson should last for well over an hour, so can be spread out as you like.
This was made for the Edexcel specification, but would be relevant to any A-Level or International A-Level spec. Also, most other curricula would need to teach this concept.
Whist factually correct, it is purely a list of bullet points on every slide. There are no engaging pictures, no links to websites for videos. Just 10 slides of bullet points. Actually, I'm quite disappointed.
The 2 stars are purely because of good accurate content.

Thank you for the feedback. I appreciate this resource might not have been right for you. While dual coding can be important (where relevant) it can also add to cognitive load which is why it was omitted. Again videos can sometimes add flavour but not always and I don't add them to my TES resources because these are my own work.
