This 10-15 assembly is all about student being able to openly listen with feedback from reports/ parents evenings and encouraging students to celebrate the positives and importantly listen and act on the ways to improve that have been mentioned.
The idea is that the students should be looking to constantly improve themselves and understand that knowing you weaknesses is just as important as knowing your strengths.
