Saw this knocking about on twitter and created my own template. You can provide it to pupils totally blank and they have to formulate their own questions before playing. Or you can pre-populate it with some or all questions on the chosen topic.
I find it works well played in pairs - they roll two dice... answer the question the dice dictate. If they get it right they colour that box in. Different colour for each kid. They like the competitiveness of seeing who has the most coloured in by the end.
