This is the second lesson of my Romeo and Juliet scheme, in which the students read and analyse the prologue.
They will become familiar with:
- Key Shakespearean terms (i.e. prologue, soliloquy, sonnet…)
- Annotation of the prologue.
- Language and imagery within the prologue.
- Sonnet form
