Sampling and Sampling Methods - Notes for teachers and students with Questions

I have taught Statistics from GCSE level all the way up to Undergraduate level and have files of notes and questions that I have accumulated over the years and recently was asked to post my notes on Sampling as many students don’t get the finer points and most textbooks don’t cover them either.

So here they are - I don’t think that the telephone directory is relevant so much to todays methods but have left it in for completeness.
