This is a set of non-fiction reading comprehension activities. The are suitable for whole class or group guided reading sessions but could also be used for homework or intervention. They come with two differentiated sets of questions. The first are direct comprehension questions requiring retrieval of information whereas the second set require inference and deduction. They come with a choice of two optional extra activities requiring a writing activity or sometimes additional research. They are suitable for Y4 or Y5 children or older children requiring activities for interventions.
