Really simple worksheet where students are provided with football teams data from a season some time ago. The task is to use the data and calculate the points each team has and then re-write the table from top to bottom.
Only simple skills needed: multiplying large numbers by 3, adding totals and accurate re-ordering.
Quite a flexible resource. Could be done individually or in groups. Also good for extended concentration or can be done in ‘chunks’.
