SPANISH VERSION - My Self-Expression Drawing Book - Creative Therapy Workbook

This is a 30 page creative expression book which is great for children to express what they want, need and give them a safe place to express themselves with freedom or safety. Each page contains a question/idea for a drawing allowing the child to explore feelings, emotions and dreams. The book can support the child to express themselves in a safe way instead of relying on talking which can be a lot more difficult and confronting, especially for children who have had difficult childhood experiences.

This book is about giving a voice and giving the child a choice as to what creative medium they would like – finger paint, draw, sketch, colour, write, anyway they want to express themselves.
