The states of matter [solids, liquids, gases] activity is a fun and engaging way for students to discover different examples of each state and to visualise the particle nature of each one.
Students cut and paste the examples into the correct boxes on the graphic organiser provided and then using a loop style cereal [Froot Loops®, Cheerio’s®, etc] create the particle structure for each of the states of matter.
